Hi there! Thank you for commissioning me!! Below are the terms and conditions for our agreement! Please read carefully
By placing an order you have agreed to everything below.
Workflow
We will discuss and agree on the details of the artwork before I begin.
Revisions are limited (typically 2-3). If you require more revisions beyond the agreed-upon number, additional fees may apply*.
If for any reason you need to cancel the agreement, please let me know as soon as possible. Likewise, I will notify you if I need to cancel the agreement.
I own the copyright to the artwork, which means do not not use or reproduce it without my permission.
*Complicated designs will also be charged an additional fee
Payment and refunds
There will be a 50%down payment Invoice sent to you after we agree upon the commission. Note that I will send the complete artwork with a watermark before the transaction is complete**
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, or if you are unsatisfied with the final product and we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through revisions, a partial refund may be offered. No full refund will be available once I have started on your project
I accept payment through PayPal and PayPal Invoices for international commissions or Bank Transfer and Gopay for domestic.
**If you need to pay in installments or have any other payment arrangements, we can discuss it beforehand
